BUYING A PUPPY

 

You may place a $200 deposit to be on our puppy waitlist, this ensures your spot to choose your puppy.  Puppy choices are made at 6 weeks and the remainder of your fee is due before or upon puppy pick up.​

**If you are under 18 we would like to speak to a parent or guardian BEFORE you purchase a puppy.

BRINGING YOUR PUPPY HOME

Your bunny is ready to go home at 8 weeks old. Please be in touch with us regarding how you hope to get your puppy home.  You are welcome to pick up your puppy, or we do transport our puppies within an hour radius for free or a larger radius for a fee depending on distance.

 

If you live outside our radius and are unable to pick up your puppy, we will work with a 3rd party transporter.

We may not work with all transporters, so please keep communicating with us prior to booking transport.  Unless mutually agreed upon, your puppy must be picked up or transported by 8 weeks.

HEALTH GUARENTEE

If something happens to your puppy, while it is in our care, you have a choice of either a replacement or a full refund of any money we have received for the said puppy. 

 

Once your puppy leaves our home, we guarantee its health for 12 months. It is important for our puppies to be well cared for.  Therefore, please ensure your puppy is eating high quality food, drinking, eliminating normally and receives all routine check ups/vaccinations. We recommend that you do not bring your puppy to a dog park or doggy day care until he/she is fully vaccinated and has been given the "ok" by your vet. 

 

REFUND POLICY

**No Refunds:** Rogers Legacy Farms does not issue refunds for puppy purchases. We take great care to ensure the health and well-being of our puppies, and we encourage potential puppy owners to make well-informed decisions before committing to adoption.

 

COST

The cost of our doodles is dependent on the litter.  Please see our PUPPY section to see specific kit prices.

RETURNS
In the event that you no longer wish to keep the puppy you have adopted from Rogers Legacy Farms, we will accept returns under certain conditions.

**Return Conditions**

1. Buyer's Responsibility: The return of the puppy is to be handled entirely by the buyer. Rogers Legacy Farms will not assist with the cost, logistics, or coordination of the return.

2. Travel for Pickup:  If you wish to return a puppy, we will travel within a 100-mile radius to meet and pick up the puppy at an agreed-upon location and time. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the puppy is safely and securely transported to the meeting point.

3. Health Guarantee: We will only accept returned puppies if they are in the same health condition as when they were purchased. The puppy should not have any signs of illness or injury.

**Quarantine Process**

1. Two-Week Quarantine: Rogers Legacy Farms is committed to the health and safety of our entire puppy population. When a puppy is returned to us, it will be placed in quarantine for a period of two weeks. This quarantine period is necessary to ensure that the returned puppy does not pose a health risk to the rest of our puppies. During this time, the puppy will receive proper care and attention.

2. Monitoring: Throughout the quarantine period, we will closely monitor the returned puppy for any signs of illness. We want to make sure the puppy is healthy and thriving before it is reintroduced to our farm.

3. Return to Our Farm: After successfully completing the quarantine period and ensuring the puppy's good health, we will reintegrate the puppy into our farm, and it may be available for adoption once more.
